I stayed for a short transit visit due to a flight cancellation and found the staff to be attentive and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious, providing the comfort I needed during my stay. The location was convenient, especially with the fast shuttle service to the airport. However, it would be great if there were more accessible features for seniors, as that would enhance the overall experience.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group Our room, a Whirlpool Suite with a King and Sofa bed, had all the perks, including a refreshing jacuzzi that was a perfect way to unwind! Plus, the on-site bar served delicious food, and Zoe, our waitress, was amazing in handling our needs!

We had a fantastic stay with our grandchildren! The pool was a highlight, and the kids loved splashing around while we relaxed nearby. The convenient shuttle service made getting to the airport a breeze, which was a huge plus for a family like ours.

In my children’s opinion, more family-friendly dining options would be great.

Just a reliable pick for a brief retreat in Milwaukee with high value for money. The king bed room was very clean and comfortable. Be prepared for a bit of a maze to get to your room, though.
